While having Chinese Oral yesterday afternoon, we had conversation and the teacher asked me a question.
Do you think that stress is good or bad. I just want to share with others what are my answers. I feel that Stress has it's good and bad. Stress is good in a way that it can enables one to work well and even above his/her expectation. But of course, everyone knows that stress is bad as it can make you frustrated, depressed or even had negative thoughts. That's why, everyone must know how to manage their own stress so that you can work above or at your expectation. :D
