Sometimes, Our life is just like a rubberband. For a rubberband, when too much heat or overstretching is applied to it, the rubberband will snap into two. In reality, people are often faced with large amount of stress from the society.
Students are stressed with their homeworks, friendships, B-G Relationships and maybe family problems. When one are unable to handle such pressures, they will collapse or emotional breakdowns. That's why it's wise to know your limits and when it is time to have fun, have fun.
Studies and having fun are two separate entity. There's a phrase saying, Study Hard and Play Hard!
Hahas! Today had a extremely epic day with the guys @ Ice-Skating *Kallang Leisure Park*
Especially the part when it comes to pushing down Joseph~
Ice-Skating is something like RollerBlading except for a few stuffs
like the jagged ice-way! and had problems stopping!
The logic is the same as RollerBlading but don't seems to get it after all.
So after all, I guess I can skate well within the 2 hours but not that smooth yet!
I AM SO GONNA GO THERE AGAIN!
Going out with the guys wasnt as bad as I thought it was!
Much more funnn. I am soo jealous of the skaters there.
They can even do the jump and spinning manzx!
Hope that I can glide as well as they are!
Wanted to go out after Ice-Skating but since some were going off
and we couldn't make up our minds, so only had Dinner @ JE
jiu all go home liao. Now my leg abit pain due to the abrasion* or blister
But it's all worth it! The fun was nothing comparable to others!
Surprising thing was that we were skating on a Ice Rink with cool environment
and yet people can sweat~ How cool is that!
One day ago, I felt so happy that it almost feel like I am flying...
But today, I felt like I had dropped from the sky, ending up on the ground injured
even more heavily than one day ago.
What's the difference between these two days?
I still ended up in the same situation with much worse injuries.
Everyday, when you walked out of a lesson, you would forget 90% of the things that you had learned! So, to make sure that you walked out of a lesson with 90% of the things retained is to take down notes and listen! Use your Ear, Hand and Eye Power!
*Going to do a short post for now! I will continue when I have the time!
Wow! After running for the 5km @ ECP for the Passion Run, I am now deciding whether to take part in the Standard Chartened Marathon on 5Dec and the distance is 42.1++ km! Basically, it is running around Singapore with 3 different starting points and if I am not right, you will have a whole day to complete the race. :D
Passion Run @ ECP 2010! Was Great!
My timing for 5km run : 30-35mins! Guess what! I didn't even have heavy panting :D I am so gladdd! I am so looking forward to more of these events!
A Bend In the Race Does Not Mean The End Of The RaceMy favourite time of the day is the night time. It is peaceful and by looking at the dark blue sky, it somehow attract me. The beauty of the darkness. I hate noise and peace is what I always wanted. Everytime, if there is a quarrel, I will feel so irritated. It disrupts my peace. The dark blue sky is love-ed!
